Ben Schick

Senior Family Consultant

Ben has been an executive coach, leadership team facilitator and business strategist for over 15 years.  His coaching approach brings together both ontological and somatic methods that are pragmatic and reliable for bringing forth new possibilities and generating meaningful change for individuals, families, teams and organizations. His organizational clients include: Apple, Stanford Healthcare, Outside, AirBnb, Propeller Fish, Kaiser Permanente, City of Oakland, and the Women’s Earth Alliance.

Ben began his career honing his skills as a senior executive leading 6 organizations over 25 years. As executive director, his leadership brought workshops to 100,000 middle and high school students a year with Challenge Day, an award-winning program highlighted by Oprah Winfrey and MTV that dramatically reduced bullying and suicide in schools across the U.S.

​

He spent nine years as CEO of MediaOne Services, the premiere broadcasting, satellite, and studio production hub in the San Francisco Bay Area for marquee clients such as NBC, HP, Climate Alliance, BBC, and the San Francisco Giants. Ben knows the territory of leadership and team performance, and brings a lifetime of potent frameworks to support his clients reach their highest aspirations and be in alignment with their values.

Ben holds a Bachelor’s in Anthropology from UCLA and a Master’s in Organizational Development from Antioch University.
