The NextGen Leaders Institute program was an incredibly transformative experience and an invaluable investment.
The program was exceptional in every aspect, offering insights that benefit not just my professional trajectory, but all areas of life. One of the most profound takeaways for me was learning frameworks for handling sudden life changes in a calm, positive, and grounded manner.
The facilitators were absolutely top-of-the-line, bringing immense expertise, clarity, and engagement to every session. Beyond the curriculum, it was amazing to connect with an incredible group of like-minded peers who share the same drive and vision. I cannot recommend this program highly enough for anyone looking to elevate their leadership and personal resilience.
An absolute five-star experience, and I am really looking forward to attending their Level II session later this year!

NextGen Leaders Level One was a deep and meaningful experience that challenged me to think differently about leadership, trust, vulnerability, and personal ownership. The program helped me recognize the difference between living from expectations and “shoulds” versus leading from a place of self-authorship, alignment, and purpose.
What made the experience especially powerful was the combination of experiential learning and authentic conversations. I left with a stronger commitment to letting people in, making direct requests, and taking ownership of my place within my family and the world. For next-generation family members navigating the opportunities and responsibilities that come with family wealth, this program provides an invaluable foundation for becoming a grounded, confident, and intentional leader.

NextGen Leaders Level One program provided a powerful environment for growth, reflection, and leadership development.
Even before the course began, the coaches began curating the environment for growth through a selection of an exceptional peer group. Combining this with a deliberate timing of the exercises and leadership practices, the program gave me the room to absorb and internalize.
This has provided a foundation for growth which has allowed me to step forward, contribute ideas, and lead within my family and professional life.
Alternative Version
The NextGen Leaders Level One program has been provided me with foundational practices and friendships that have helped me step into leadership within family and professional life. Like the best coaches in sports, the coaches for the Level One program were deliberate in their training to pull the best out of us.

Participating in this leadership program was a turning point for me. For a few years I had been struggling with feeling like a passenger in my own life, and the insights that I gained through this program have allowed me to step into a more engaged, empowered, and confident sense of self. The combination of group work and personal coaching throughout the program allowed me to see clearly, for the first time, patterns and beliefs that have prevented me from being who I most want to be in my life, in my family, and in the world. Since completing the program I have already benefited from an elevated level of purpose and I am excited to see where this new deeper understanding and appreciation of myself takes me.

This program gave me the space, support, and courage to have conversations I had been avoiding for years—particularly with my dad. Coming out of the four-day intensive, I felt clear and resolved to talk with him about the future: the transition of his wealth, the scale of his work projects, and how I might step into a more active role. These were not easy topics—but I had the conversation, and he truly listened. That would not have happened before this program.
What made it possible was the depth of the experience. The extended time together allowed us all to drop into our real questions—the ones that don’t come up in everyday life. It helped me step outside the usual narrative and finally rip the bandaid off on some long-overdue topics.
One of the biggest shifts for me was learning to say no. As someone who often peacekeepers, especially in the context of family relationships, I’m learning to hold boundaries while still honoring connection. I now have tools and awareness I didn’t before.
Interestingly, the downtime—those informal moments of connection—were the most impactful. They created the space for honesty, vulnerability, and perspective.
I would absolutely return for the next level program. I highly recommend this program to anyone navigating complex family dynamics, leadership roles, or personal growth. It’s not just about leadership—it’s about transformation.

The program helped me step into leadership more authentically—learning to manage my energy, make decisions from clarity instead of reaction, and navigate discomfort as a space for growth. What stood out most was the cross-generational support and shared learning, which provided valuable insight and broadened my perspective as a leader.
I left feeling more grounded, more confident, and more aligned with my values—equipped to lead not just others, but myself, with integrity and purpose.

This leadership program gave me more than tools—it gave me clarity, connection, and permission to make choices that truly support my life.
Before the program, I was juggling full-time work, raising kids, and managing everything at home on my own. It felt like the “right” way—what I’d seen and heard from my family. But it wasn’t sustainable. Since the program, I’ve made real changes—I hired a nanny service to support me and my family. That choice alone has lightened my load and changed the way I show up, both at home and at work.
Another unexpected gift was reconnecting with my brothers. We’ve always talked business, but now we check in every week on a personal level. Real conversations. It’s brought us closer in ways that feel meaningful and grounding.
What stood out most was realizing I’m not alone. Everyone in the room—successful, driven, loving parents—was quietly dealing with the same thing: working nonstop, raising kids, and forgetting to make space for ourselves. In those four days, we shared conversations that rarely happen even with close friends or family. That in itself was healing.
And honestly? It was just great to hang out with my brothers. The experience was so valuable, I’d absolutely do the next level.
This program didn’t just challenge my leadership. It helped me redefine what support looks like, and reminded me that taking care of myself is not a luxury—it’s a necessity.

This leadership program offered something rare—space. Space to reflect, to ground myself each morning, and to reconnect with who I am beneath the roles and responsibilities. That time alone became essential for staying centered and intentional, both personally and professionally.
What truly set this experience apart was the depth of conversation. From the very first introductions, we skipped the surface and got real. The honesty and vulnerability shared in the group were not just refreshing—they were transformative.
This experience helped me uncover the tools and mindset I need to lead with purpose more effectively. The connections I built here—with others who share similar backgrounds—felt genuine and empowering.
The physical practices reawakened something powerful in me. It reminded me that there’s a quiet strength inside, waiting to be harnessed not only during difficulty but in moments of clarity, vision, and leadership.

I challenged myself by stepping outside my comfort zone—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and in doing so, expanded my capacity to be comfortable in uncomforable situations. My understanding of being centered and grounded shifted. I used to view it as just a pause between tasks, but I’ve come to realize it’s an ongoing process—something that carries you through transitions, not just fills the space between them. The intentional use of grounding and centered helps me stay centered, and focused with clarity and calmness. I can be more intentional about what I’m focusing on.

One of the most valuable takeaways from this leadership program has been the practice of centering. As someone who feels emotions deeply—whether anger, sadness, or frustration—I’ve often found myself reacting quickly in the moment. This program didn’t teach me to suppress those emotions, but rather to pause, breathe, and choose my response. That single shift—from reacting to responding—has changed how I show up as a leader, a teammate, and a family member.
Recently, I had to navigate a difficult professional situation: a team member disclosed confidential information, and I was furious. In the past, I would have let that emotion take over. But this time, I centered myself, waited to address it later in the day, and approached the situation with perspective and calm. The difference was noticeable—not only to me, but to others.
That shift has also carried into my personal life. Conversations that used to feel triggering, especially within my family, now have more structure and intentionality. I’m setting clearer boundaries, asking for respect in how we talk to one another, and expressing what I need—without guilt. These skills aren’t just professional tools—they’re human ones.
One specific tool we practiced in the program—how to make a clear, respectful request—helped me lead a career development conversation with one of our analysts. Instead of being vague or demanding, I expressed what I wanted, laid out a vision, and worked with him to co-create a plan. It was empowering—for both of us.
This program didn’t just give me frameworks. It gave me confidence, emotional clarity, and a sense of agency. I’ve grown into someone who leads with intention, communicates with respect, and sets boundaries with clarity. That’s a transformation I’ll carry forward every day.
