Grow your capacity to lead in a family of great wealth

Leadership within a family of great wealth comes with unique opportunities—and complex challenges. For rising leaders in their 30s to 50s, the path forward isn’t about age, but about expanding your capacity to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose on your terms.

TESTIMONIALS

  • After the program, I finally had the courage to talk to my dad about our family’s wealth and my future role. He truly listened.

    Danielle
    NextGen Family Member
  • The combination of group work and personal coaching throughout the program allowed me to see clearly, for the first time, patterns and beliefs that have prevented me from being who I most want to be in my life, in my family, and in the world.
    Carson
    NextGen Family Member
  • I left feeling more grounded, more confident, and more aligned with my values—equipped to lead not just others, but myself, with integrity and purpose.

    John
    NextGen Family Member
  • What stood out most was realizing I’m not alone. Everyone in the room—successful, driven, loving parents—was quietly dealing with the same thing: working nonstop, raising kids, and forgetting to make space for ourselves. In those four days, we shared conversations that rarely happen even with close friends or family. That in itself was healing.
    Kit
    NextGen Family Member
  • What truly set this experience apart was the depth of conversation. From the very first introductions, we skipped the surface and got real. The honesty and vulnerability shared in the group were not just refreshing—they were transformative.
