OVERVIEW: A highly interactive 4-day session at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel Austin. Individual coaching post-session is available to support real-time integration.

CURRICULUM: Embodied Purpose & Aligned Action

  • Differentiate your own voice from the voice of your family
  • Learn ways to coordinate with others for powerful action and execute with balance to implement your vision
  • Cultivate an executive presence that balances gravitas and warmth
  • Build trust for intimacy and influence
  • Work with your own and others’ strong feelings with empathy and skill
  • Establish comfort and skill with giving and receiving feedback as you get to know your own blind spots

  • Dates: Thursday, May 20 – Sunday, May 23, 2027
  • Arrival/Travel Day: Wednesday, May 19, 2027
  • Thursday, May 20 – Saturday, May 22: Session runs from 8 am to 5 pm
  • Sunday, May 23: Session ends at 3 pm
  • Location: Four Seasons Hotel Austin, TX
  • Investment: $9,500 (registration ends Friday, April 30, 2027)
  • Registration Fee Includes:
    • Breakfast and lunch on program days
    • Full participation in the four-day NextGen Leaders Institute Level 2 experience
