Juan Pablo Mobili is a Leadership Development consultant, executive coach, and facilitator, who believes that authentic trust and a deep sense of purpose are the basis of sustaining significant business growth: genuine collaboration, dynamic strategies, and integrity of execution.

For the last thirty years, he has designed and facilitated events and initiatives for executive teams throughout the Americas, as well as Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Juan’s work has shown its impact in global companies such as Nike, Disney, Danone, PepsiCo, Levi’s, and Saudi Aramco, among others.

He has also been coaching faculty for the Wharton School of Business’ Advanced Management Program, and for one of Harvard Business School’s senior leadership programs on organizational transformation.

As a result, Juan has developed his own brand of design and coaching, providing his clients with the ability to articulate and realize their purpose, amplify their core strengths, and inspire their organizations and families to unleash their creativity and full engagement.

In addition to this, Juan has also designed and/or facilitated customized team sessions for top senior leaders at AstraZeneca, GSK, Citigroup, and LEGO, aimed at increasing their capacity to lead enterprise-wide change.

Juan is fluent in Spanish and English and is a professional writer and translator (Spanish, English, Italian, and Portuguese). He’s also published articles and poems in literary and business publications in Argentina, Spain, Germany, and the US. He was educated in Argentina and the US, with an emphasis on Philosophy of Language and Social Anthropology.
